Dave is currently in his tenth year on faculty at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. He teaches applied performance as well as jazz history, blues history, classical music history, and classical and jazz theory. Dave also has many years of experience teaching individual guitar and bass lessons and ensemble classes at The University of Miami, Westminster Christian High School in Palmetto Bay Florida, The Nepean School of Music Rock Camp, The Carleton University Jazz Camp and numerous other privately run schools in Canada and the U.S. Dave currently teaches private students out of his home studio in the Hintonburg area of Ottawa, Ontario Canada and is now accepting new students.
